I think a fundamental question here - in the relationship between science and spirituality/religion - concerns the origin story we hold for the 'physical' Universe (the thing that's the main topic of enquiry for the natural sciences).
If we see the Universe in its current form as a fully-benevolent and fully-intentional creation of God or Spirit then we are going to try to find God/Spirit *in* science's description of that Universe.
But if instead - e.g. in a non-dual Awakening context - we hold the Universe itself as a Dream/Nightmare construct, we are going to look for how its *current* constitution/dynamic constitutes an (imagined!) *departure* from God/Spirit.
Can Truth and illusion have a 'dialectic'? I think not. And this is where the science/spirituality relationship goes awry. There are THREE stories at play here, not two: science, a solely-Eros spirituality (which *presumes* a fully-benevolent/intentional Universe), and an Eros-plus one (which takes an alleged-Fall into Dream/Nightmare as seriously as the idealism-Ascent of Eros.)
You should publish the Kindle edition of "The Case of the Sexual Cosmos" also on Kobo or another alternative to Amazon. I want to buy the Kindle or Epub edition but I'm boycotting Amazon since they disabled USB downloads.
